This course focuses on the second horizon of agile project planning which includes the delivery map, the project map, and the minimum viable product map as a central tool to represent value delivery and change management. In addition to this, aspects related to producing and justifying detailed budget estimates, programming delivery dates, and calculating the number of people needed to start a project will also be analyzed.
The course will also delve into Kanban dashboard design to support the 12 minimum management dimensions necessary to ensure efficient iterations. Finally, the topics on the most convenient metrics and information radiators to present and publish the status of the work, the iteration closure practices that are part of the demo and retro meetings, and the case of reaching the last project will be addressed.
