This course will delve into the differences between predictive and agile management approaches, in addition to the agile project management alternative as the most appropriate for contexts with a high rate of change and high uncertainty. Furthermore, the course will take a detailed tour of the agile project management process to obtain a scope beyond uncertainty and generate a backlog that allows presenting schedules and budgets worth using in work planning.
On the other hand, adaptive and progressive planning will be analyzed, as opposed to predictive planning. Also, the sustainable speed metric and its implications for delivery planning and scheduling will be explained. Finally, the course will provide a set of good ideas (as well as good practices) in the form of information radiators.
