Course info

This course focuses on the most appropriate approach to innovation today, which instead of seeking disruption in a single step, aims at practical incremental innovations that ensure the delivery of additional value with an acceptable level of risk. In addition, the course will study innovation models and the appropriate paradigm, both in terms of work approach and culture. In this sense, the paradigm of value co-creation will be addressed as a successful approach to launch and implement changes with real practical effects. Finally, the course will also study Design Thinking and their respective steps to perform in highly uncertain situations.
